【摘要】 以山西平朔油库为背景,基于PLC与组态王提出了油库自动计量与控制系统的设计思想和实施方案。采用PLC为下位机实现控制系统的实时数据采集和状态判别,以工控机为上位机结合组态软件KingView6.52实现数据的计量与综合管理,全面改善了系统设备状态显示、计量精度以及相关数据统计等功能,有效提高了油库生产和管理的自动化水平,对油库企业的发展有一定意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the background of Shanxi Pingshuo oil depot,this paper put forward the design ideas and implementation plan of automatic measurement and control system for oil depot based on PLC and King View.It adopted PLC for the lower computer to realize real-time data collection and state discrimination of control system,and used industrial computer for PC combined with the KingView 6.52 to achieve data measurement and comprehensive management.It made equipment status display,measuring accuracy,related data statistics of the system overall improved,effectively increased the production and management automation level of oil depot.更多还原
