基于MEMS加速度计的物体倾角无线测量系统
Wireless Tilt Measurement System Based on MEMS Accelerometer
【摘要】 针对机械、建筑等领域内一些低频、小幅度的倾角测量,设计了一种以MEMS三轴加速度传感器MMA8451Q和MC9S12XS128单片机为核心的倾角测量系统。单片机通过IIC总线采集倾角信号,通过蓝牙模块发送至PC机;利用VB语言编写了相应的程序实现数据接收和绘图功能。该系统可以同时测量出物体在坐标系三坐标轴方向上的倾角。试验研究表明,系统校准后的测量精度为0.2°,可应用于机械平台和土木建筑的倾角测量领域。
【Abstract】 In order to measure low frequency small tilt in the fields of machinery and architecture,a wireless tilt measurement system was designed.The core of the system was tri-axial MEMS accelerometer MMA8451Q and MC9S12XS128 MCU.The tilt signals were collected by MCU through IIC bus and sent to PC through Bluetooth.The corresponding program was written on PC in VB programming language to receive data and draw the curve of angle.The system can measure tilt of the object in the direction of three coordinate axes at the same time.The experimental investigations have shown that the precision of the system reaches 0.2 degree when the system is calibrated.The system can be used to measure the tilt of the mechanical platform and civil construction.
