【摘要】 目的观察益气活血解毒汤联合恩替卡韦治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化的临床疗效。方法将90例慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化患者随机分为对照组、恩替卡韦组和联合治疗组,疗程均为48周,观察治疗后ALT、HBV-DNA、肝纤维化指标和肝组织病理情况的变化。结果与恩替卡韦组比较,联合治疗组的ALT、HBV-DNA、肝纤维化指标均有显著下降(P<0.05),肝组织学评估结果有显著改善(P<0.05),肝组织病理情况明显改善。结论益气活血解毒汤联合恩替卡韦治疗乙型肝炎肝纤维化临床疗效较单独使用恩替卡韦更好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical therapeutic effect of Yiqi Huoxue Jiedu decoction combined with entecavir on hepatic fibrosis of chronic hepatitis B.Methods A total of 90 patients with hepatic fibrosis of chronic hepatitis B were randomly divided into control group,the entecavir treatement group,and the combined treatment group,and all patients were treated for 48 weeks.ALT,HBV-DNA,related liver fibrosis index and liver histopathological changes were observed.Results Compared with that of entecavir treatment group,ALT,HBV-DNA,related liver fibrosis index of the patients in the combined treatment group were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and liver histopathological changes were significantly improved after the treatment.Conclusion Yiqi Huoxue Jiedu decoction combined with entecavir has a good clinical therapeutic effect on hepatic fibrosis of chronic hepatitis B.更多还原
