【摘要】 目的掌握治疗慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)的药物的作用机制、作用特点及用药监护要点,使药师向COPD出院患者做用药宣教,并跟踪随访,使出院患者提高用药依从性。方法药师到临床指导COPD患者的用药,对他们进行用药宣教,用多种方法跟踪随访患者服药情况,并解答患者的用药疑问。结果通过药师的有效用药宣教,患者的服药疑虑消除,使患者的用药依从性得到提高。结论药师必须掌握慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)的药物知识,对患者的用药进行跟踪随访,提高患者的服药依从性,改善呼吸道不良症状,提高患者的生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To master the mechanism,characteristic and tutelage essential of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) medicine,so the pharmacist could teach the patients discharged from hospital how to use medicines,and make follow-up visit to improve treatment compliance.Methods Pharmacist gave patients clinical supervision,teach them how to use medicines,made follow-up visit and answered their pharmacy question.Results After the pharmacist’s teaching,the patients’ pharmacy doubt was eliminated,and the patients’ treatment compliance was improve.Conclusion Pharmacist should master drug knowledge of COPD drugs and make follow-up visit to improve the patients’ treatment compliance,respiratory tract adverse symptom,and living quality.更多还原
