【摘要】 目的分析某医院药品不良反应(ADR)发生的特点,为促进临床合理用药提供参考。方法对某医院ADR监测小组2010-01～2011-12收集的464例ADR报告进行统计和分析。结果 464例ADR报告中,以静脉给药方式引发的ADR最多,占总例数的92.45%(429例);由抗感染药物引起的ADR最多,占总例数的48.49%(225例);ADR表现以皮肤及附件损伤最为常见,占总例数的53.23%(247例)。结论临床应加强ADR监测,减少静脉途径给药,合理使用抗感染药物和联合用药,减少ADR的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the characteristics of adverse drug reactions(ADR) in a hospital,so as to provide reference for promoting rational clinical application of drugs.Methods A total of 464 cases of reported ADR data collected by The ADR Monitoring Group in the hospital from January 2010 to December 2011 were counted up and analyzed.Results The number of ADR caused by intravenous injection was the most in all the 464 cases of ADR,and accounts for 92.45%(429 cases).ADR caused by the anti-infective drugs was the most and accounts for 48.49%(225 cases).The skin and its appendages damage caused by ADR was the most common type,accounting for 53.23%(247 cases).Conclusion The clinical ADR monitor should be strengthened,the and the intravenous injection application should be reduced,and encourage rational application of antibiotics and combined medication,so as to reduce the incidence of ADR.更多还原
