【摘要】 目的:研究金莲花药效组分及金莲花水煎液的抗炎镇痛作用。方法:通过抗炎、镇痛药理实验观察金莲花水煎液及其药效组分的药理活性。结果:通过金莲花水煎剂组与其药效组分高、中、低剂量组比较,金莲花水煎剂及其药效组分中、高剂量组与模型组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05),说明均具有抗炎和镇痛作用。金莲花水煎剂组与金莲花药效组分中剂量组间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。金莲花水煎剂及其药效组分均不能缓解热板致小鼠疼痛,与模型组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),说明其不具有中枢镇痛作用。结论:金莲花水煎液具有抗炎镇痛药理作用,用于治疗咽炎和上呼吸道感染是有药理依据的。金莲花药效组分与金莲花水煎液药理作用无显著性差异,金莲花药效组分一定程度上可以反映金莲花的抗炎镇痛药理作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the in vivo anti-inflammatory of the water extract from Flos Trollii Chinensis and its active components alignment.Methods: A group of anti-inflammatory and analgesic pharmacological experiments were employed to observe the antagonistic effect.Results: Both Flos Trollii Chinensis group and active compounds alignment group have effect on anti-inflammatory pharmaco-experiment and relieving pain experiment(P < 0.05).There are no marked difference between Flos Trollii Chinensis group and active compounds alignment group(P > 0.05).Conclusion: The water extract frome Flos Trollii Chinensis have anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect which is related to clinical application.The active compounds alignment of Flos Trollii Chinensis can reflect the efficacy of Flos Trollii Chinensis to a certain degree.更多还原
