【摘要】 目的了解护士对健康教育工作的认识、实际工作中的开展情况、对存在的问题进行探讨,为今后更好地开展健康教育工作提供依据。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷,对我院临床科室的186名护士进行普查。结果 100%护士认为健康教育工作很重要,仅有38.3%护士认为健康教育工作应由全体护理人员共同参与完成,知道健康教育如何开展的占55%,掌握健康教育内容的占59%,护士认为影响健康教育效果的主要原因:自己不够重视占24%,没有时间进行教育占61%,专业理论知识不足占46%,与病人交流有困难,理解能力差占12%。结论护理人员均认为健康教育工作很重要,但由于知识缺乏、人员缺编、对健康教育的认识不足等原因,使健康教育工作未能深入开展;应进一步加强护理人员健康教育培训,全面掌握计划制订、实施手段和评价方法等方面的知识,并给予人力资源保障,逐步提高健康教育水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Firstly,to discover the level of nurses’ knowledge of health education and how do they apply the knowledge into work;and then,to discuss the possible existing problems ofhealth education;finally,to provide a way to improve health education quality.Methods Quantitive research:A self-designed questionnaire is conducted with 1 86nurses from clinicaldepartments of our hospital for collecting dataResults 100%of participants think that healtheducation is very important.But only 38.3%of the nurses hold the point of view that the healtheducation work should be done by all paramedics.The percentage of participants who know how to carrv out health education accounts for 55%,at the same time,only 59%of nurses commend of health education content well.According to the survey,nurses think that the main factors whlcnaffect me result of health education are:lack of enough attention(24%),lack of time foreducationf61%),limited resources of professional knowledge(46%),difficult to communicate withDaltients and poor understanding(12%)Conclusions All paramedics think that health education is of importance.Howeveg due to those factors like staff vacancies,lack of knowledge and many other reasons.the health education work haven’t been developed well.What we should do is to enhancethe training of health education for nurses to have a good knowledge of planning,implementationand evaluation.Meanwhile,human resources should be guaranteed,and gradually the standard ofhealth education will be improved.更多还原
