【摘要】 目的探讨超声心动图对心肌致密化不全(NVM)的诊断及其临床价值。方法回顾性分析30例NVM患者的超声心动图图像特征分型和并发症。结果 30例NVM患者均合jenni等提出的诊断标准,其中左室型21例(66.7%),双室型8例(26.7%),右室型1例(3.3%);受累部位以室壁中段乳头肌水平以下至心尖部为著,并发左心功能不全17例,左室射血分数下降(<50%);并发心律失常7例,房性心律失常多见;2例伴发栓塞事件。结论超声心动图对NVM的诊断有极高的临床价值,是一种理想的随诊方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Purpose Explore the ultrasound echocardiography on myocardial myocardium(NVM)diagnosis and its clinical value.Methods A retrospective analysis of 30cases of the NVM patients of the echocardiographic images characteristic parting and complications.Results 30cases NVM patients were co jenni proposed diagnostic criteria,which the left ventricle in 21cases(66.7%),1case(3.3%);affected parts of the two-chamber 8cases(26.7%),right ventricular type wall middle below the level of the papillary muscles to the apex with concurrent 17cases of left ventricular dysfunction,left ventricular ejection fraction(<50%);concurrent arrhythmia seven cases,the atrial arrhythmia more common;2cases associated with embolic events.Conclusions Echocardiography high clinical value for the diagnosis of NVM is an ideal method at any time.更多还原
