【摘要】 目的探讨妊娠期高血压疾病(妊高症)胰岛素抵抗及其与细胞钙代谢的关系。方法对42例妊娠期高血压患者用口服糖耐量试验观察糖负荷前后血糖及血胰岛素水平变化,同时用荧光染料法测定糖负荷前后血小板胞浆游离钙浓度,改良Vincenzi法测定红细胞溶血物钙泵活性。结果重度妊娠期高血压患者存在胰岛素抵抗现象,细胞内游离钙升高和基础钙原活性下降。结论胰岛素抵抗与细胞内游离钙升高存在明显正相关,两者互相影响,成为重度妊娠期高血压疾病的特征性改变。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Study Insulin resistance and intracellular calcium metabolism in patients of pregnancy-induced hypertension Methods Insulin resistance and intracellular calcium metabolism in 42pregnancy-induced hypertensive(PIH)patients were studied and compared with 34normotensive(NT)pregnancy women.The change of plasma insulin and glucose before and after oral glucose to lerance test(OGTT)were determined,And the change of ionized calcium concentration(Ca)in platelet cytoplasmic through the fluorescent indicator quiz and the Ca pump activities in erythrocyte(RBC)lysates with the improved vincenzi method were studied.Results The PIH is characterized by fundamental metabolism abnormalities as well as hemodynamic abnormalities.Insulin resistance and abnormalities of cellular Calcium metabolism were observed in patients.Conclusions Such as rendered in patients with serere PIH.The interaction between IR and cytoplasmic(Ca)is very complicated and needs further studies.更多还原
