【摘要】 目的 探讨2型糖尿病患者行腔内激光闭合术(endovenous laser treatment,EVLT)联合高位结扎术治疗大隐静脉曲张的可行性、安全性及有效性。方法 分别对采用EVLT联合高位结扎术治疗的45例(52条肢体)合并2型糖尿病患者及同期45例(51条肢体)非糖尿病大隐静脉曲张患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,并比较2组术前、术中及术后的情况。结果 2组手术均获成功,症状缓解率100%,无下肢深静脉血栓形成、切口感染等。手术时间、住院天数、术后并发症等方面2组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。随诊1～4年,2组均无复发。结论腔内激光闭合联合高位结扎术治疗合并2型糖尿病的大隐静脉曲张患者安全、有效。围手术期必须严格控制血糖,术中需按操作规程施术,尽量避免各种并发症的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the feasibility,safety and efficacy of endovenous laser treatment(EVLT)combined with high ligation for great saphenous varicose veins patients with type 2 diabetics.Methods The clinical data of 45 cases of great saphenous varicose veins(52 affected limbs) with type 2 diabetics and 45 cases of great saphenous varicose veins(51 affected limbs) without diabetics treated by EVLT combined with high ligation were retrospectively analyzed.The pre-,intra-and postoperative conditions between the two groups were compared.Results The operation results were satisfactory in all patients,and the symptom improvement rate was 100% without deep venous thrombosis or incision infection.The operation time,length of stay and postoperative complications showed no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).All the patients were followed up for 1-4 years without recurrence.Conclusion EVLT combined with high ligation is safe and effective for the treatment of great saphenous varicose veins in patients with type 2 diabetics.The perioperative blood glucose control should be strict.The operating skills are also important for the prevention of complications.更多还原
