【Abstract】 Cultivating the international and application-oriented students is the breach of Vocational colleges deepen the connotation and features, but the level of cultivating work is still faced with many constraints. This paper analyses the reasons that affect the cultivating work, such as appraisal system, limited resources. And then, it comes up with some suggestions to carry it out, such as innovate the operational mechanism, reform the curriculum system, create a good atmosphere, ensure the input of funds, and so on.更多还原
