【摘要】 高职院校作为培养技能型人才的摇篮,只有放开手脚,摈弃"关门办学,闭门造车"的封闭做法,通过大力开展多种形式的校企合作,才能提高高职教育人才培养质量和就业竞争力。文章在市场调查的基础上,以广东邮电职业技术学院为例,对多元化校企合作进行了探讨,并从办学模式、培养模式、管理模式、合作模式、业务发展模式以及合作内容和形式上提出了具体的措施,以期为其它高职院校开展校企合作提供借鉴。更多还原
