【Abstract】 Faced with the serious employment situation,the society pays more attention to practical ability and innovative thinking for engineering students particularly.This paper elaborated the necessity of the opening laboratory and analyzed the existing problems for teaching type food professional laboratory.A midst work in Hebei Normal University of Science and Technology ceaseless exploration into open laboratories,through tireless effort there has been obtainment of particular results.In terms of the foundation of integrated work practices,some of the ways and methods were put forward for guiding the student to innovation activities.更多还原
