【摘要】 目的探讨培美曲塞联合卡铂治疗非鳞状非小细胞肺癌的药理作用及毒副作用。方法将纳入研究的120例患者随机分成A组(培美曲塞+卡铂)、B组(培美曲塞+顺铂)和C组(吉西他滨+顺铂),每组40例。比较3组的临床疗效及毒副作用。结果 A组、B组、C组的近期疗效相当,A组、B组的非鳞癌有效率均明显高于鳞癌,C组的非鳞癌与鳞癌的有效率比较无明显差异;A组的胃肠道反应、肝肾功能损害、耳毒性、周围神经毒性、脱发等毒副作用明显轻于B组、C组,B、C组的毒副作用比较无明显差异。结论培美曲塞更适用于非鳞状非小细胞肺癌化疗,卡铂化疗的毒副作用比顺铂更小。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the pharmacological effects and side effects of pemetrexed and carboplatin for elderly patients with advanced non squamous non small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods A total of 120 patients were randomly divided into three groups.Group A was given pemetrexed/carboplatin(n=40),group B was given pemetrexed/cisplatin(n=40)and group C was given gemcitabine/cisplatin(n=40).The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions in three groups were observed and compared.Results The total efficacy ratesin three groups showed no significant differences.The efficacy rates of the non squamous cell carcinoma in group A and group B were significantly higher than that of the squamous cell carcinoma.The efficacy rate of non squamous and squamous cell carcinoma in group C showed no significant difference.Liver dysfunction,kidney dysfunction,ototoxicity,neurotoxicity and hair loss in group A were significantly lower than those in group B and group C.Adverse reactions of group B and group C showed no significant differences.Conclusion The pemetrexed in the treatment of non squamous non small cell lung is significantly effective,and carboplatin is safer than cisplatin.更多还原
