【摘要】 目的探讨髓内钉配合自主体位治疗模式在股骨骨折中的疗效。方法选择股骨骨折患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组(髓内钉联合自主体位治疗)和对照组(髓内钉联合协助体位治疗)。观察并比较2组患者的治疗效果、膝关节功能和生活能力状况。结果观察组的治疗总有效率、膝关节功能各项评分及生活能力评分均明显高于对照组。结论髓内钉配合自主体位治疗模式能够改善患者的治疗效果,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study of the effect of interlocking intramedullary nail with independent position mode in treatment of femur fracture.Methods Patients with femoral fracture were collected and randomly divided into observation group given interlocking intramedullary nail combined with independent position mode and control group given interlocking intramedullary nail combined with dependent position mode.Then postoperative fracture healing,load next time,hip and keen function,negative emotions and living ability were observed.Results The total efficacy, Lysholm score,lameness,pain,support,interlocking,swelling,stability,climbing stairs,squatting score,KPS score,body function,mental function,social function,cognitive function and overall quality of life score of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group.Conclusion Interlocking intramedullary nail combined with autonomic postural therapy has positive significance for femoral fracture.更多还原
