【摘要】 目的探讨中西医结合治疗小儿过敏性紫癜的临床效果。方法选择本院收治的135例过敏性紫癜患儿作为研究对象,其中观察组68例患儿给予中西医结合治疗,对照组67例患儿给予常规西医治疗。比较2组患儿的临床疗效。结果治疗后,观察组患儿的总有效率为92.64%,明显高于对照组的80.60%(P<0.05);观察组患儿皮疹、消化道症状、关节紫癜以及关节肿痛等症状消失时间均明显短于对照组患儿,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用中西医结合方法治疗小儿过敏性紫癜疗效十分明显,有利于提高患儿的生活质量,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of integrative medicine in the treatment of children with allergic purpura.Methods One hundred and thirty-five children with allergic purpura in our hospital were chosen as study objects and divided into observation group(n=68)and control group(n=67).The observation group wasgiven integrative Mmedicine and the control group given conventional Western medicine treatment.Clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results After the treatment,the total efficacy of the observation group was 92.64%,significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The disappearing time of rash,gastrointestinal symptoms,joint purpura joint swelling and other symptoms of patients in the observation group was markedly shorter than the control group,and the differences being statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Integrative medicine in treating children with allergic purpura has very obvious effects,which will help improve the quality of life of children,and it is worthy of wider promotion and application.更多还原
