【摘要】 目的比较国产一次性胃肠侧侧吻合器与传统手工吻合法在远端胃癌手术中的临床效果。方法将78例远端胃癌患者随机分为观察组和对照组,采用毕Ⅱ式进行消化道重建,观察组39例术中应用国产一次性胃肠侧侧吻合器,对照组39例采用传统手工吻合法,比较2组手术时间、术中出血量、术后胃肠功能恢复时间、住院时间及术后并发症发生率。结果观察组手术时间、术中出血量、术后胃肠功能恢复时间及住院时间均显著少于对照组,且术后总并发症发生率明显低于对照组。结论在远端胃癌手术中,应用国产一次性胃肠侧侧吻合器可以提高手术效率,降低术后并发症发生率,且创伤小、恢复快,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the clinical effects of disposable domestic gastrointestinal side-side anastomat with traditional manual anastomosis in distal gastric cancer surgery.Methods Seventy-eight patients with distal gastric cancer were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Billroth Ⅱ gastrojejunostomy was applied to reestablish digestive tract.Thirty-nine patients in the observation group received disposable domestic gastrointestinal side-side anastomat,while those in control received traditional manual anastomosis.The operation time,intraoperative bleeding,postoperative recovery time of gastrointestinal function,hospital stays and complication incidences of the two groups were compared.Results The operation time,intraoperative bleeding,postoperative recovery time of gastrointestinal function and hospital stays in the observation group were all shorter than those in the control group.The total postoperative complication incidence was significantly lower than that in the control group.Conclusion In distal gastric cancer surgery,application of disposable domestic gastrointestinal side-side anastomat can enhance the operation efficiency,and decrease postoperative complication incidence,with small trauma and rapid recovery,so it deserves to be popularized and applied in clinical practice.更多还原
