【摘要】 目的观察改进手术室整体护理工作模式对乳腺区段切除术中快速冰冻患者的效果。方法选择局麻下乳腺区段切除术术中快速冰冻活检手术患者63例作为观察组,并选择局麻下乳腺区段切除术术中快速冰冻活检手术患者59例作为对照组,比较2组手术室整体护理工作模式的效果。结果对照组术中血压和术中心率明显高于基础血压和基础心率,而观察组术中血压和术中心率与基础血压和基础心率比较,差异无统计学意义;观察组患者术中配合良好情况及满意度均显著优于对照组患者,差异有统学意义。结论改进手术室整体护理工作模式能有效缓解乳腺区段切除术中快速冰冻患者的紧张状况,稳定血压和心率,从而有效提高手术配合程度及术后满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of improving holistic nursing mode in operation room on fast-frozen patients in the area of breast resection.Methods Sixty-three patients conducted fast-frozen biopsy operation in the area of breast resection were selected as observation group,and 59 ones conducted fast-frozen biopsy operation in the area of breast resection were selected as control group.The therapeutic effects of holistic nursing mode in operation room were compared in two groups.Results The intraoperative blood pressure and heart rate were significantly higher than the basal blood pressure and heart rate in control group,whereas the difference had no statistical significance compared the intraoperative blood pressure and heart rate with basal blood pressure and heart rate;the good rate of cooperation and degree of satisfaction in patients of observation group were markedly superior to those in control group,the difference had statistical significance.Conclusion Improvement of the holistic nursing mode in operation room can effectively alleviate the nervousness of patients conducted fast-frozen biopsy operation in the area of breast resection,stabilize the blood pressure and heart rate so as to enhance the cooperation degree of operation and postoperative degree of satisfaction.更多还原
