【摘要】 目的探讨自主躯体平移在髋关节置换患者翻身中的作用。方法将60例髋部骨折患者随机分为传统组和改良组,传统组采用传统方式进行翻身,改良组采用自主躯体平移法翻身。结果改良组翻身效果优于传统组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自主躯体平移翻身可以增加患者的舒适度,降低肺部感染的发病率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the role of autonomous body translation in the turning movement of patients with hip replacement.Methods 60 patients with hip fracture were randomly divided into conventional group and improved group.The conventional group was conducted with conventional method for turning movement,while the improved group was conducted with autonomous body translation.Results Effect of turning movement in the improved group was better than that in the conventional group,and there was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Autonomous body translation can enhance the comfort level of turning movement in patients with hip replacement and reduce the incidence rate of pulmonary infection.更多还原
