【摘要】 目的总结分析复发或残余肝内外胆管结石病的围术期护理体会。方法对37例复发或残余肝内外胆管结石患者进行精心的围术期护理,包括合理的健康教育、个体化的出院指导,并加强手术前后的心理护理等。结果本组无围术期死亡病例,1例患者出现胆瘘,5例出现切口感染,无护理并发症发生。结论加强围术期的护理干预是减少结石复发的有效手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize and analyze the experience of perioperative nursing for patients with recurrent calculus of extrahepatic and intrahepatic duct.Methods 37 patients with recurrent calculus of extrahepatic and intrahepatic duct were conducted with careful perioperative nursing measures such as rational health education,individualized guidance for discharging and reinforced preoperative and postoperative mental nursing.Results No one died in the perioperative period.One patient had biliary fistula and 5 patients had infection of incisional wound.No nursing-related complications were observed.Conclusion Reinforcement of perioperative nursing intervention is an effective method for reducing recurrence of calculus.更多还原
