【摘要】 目的观察美沙拉嗪联合金双歧治疗轻、中度溃疡性结肠炎(UC)的临床疗效。方法将63例UC患者随机分为治疗组(n=32)与对照组(n=31),对照组给予美沙拉嗪颗粒口服,治疗组在对照组的基础上加服金双歧,观察2组患者的临床疗效和疾病活动指数(DAI)的变化情况。结果治疗组总有效率为93.8%,显著高于对照组的74.3%(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组的DAI评分为(1.3±0.2),与对照组的(2.2±0.3)相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论美沙拉嗪联合金双歧治疗轻、中度UC患者疗效确切,值得临床上进一步研究应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of mesalazine combined with golden bifid in the treatment of mild to moderate ulcerative colitis(UC).Methods Sixty-three patients with UC were randomly divided into the treatment group with 32 cases and the control group with 31 cases.The control group was administered mesalazine particles and the treatment group received additional golden bifid on the treatment of the control group.The clinical efficacy and the changes of disease activity index(DAI) of the two groups were observed.Results The total effectiveness rate was 93.8% of the treatment group,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(74.3%,P<0.05).The DAI score was 1.3±0.2 of the treatment group after treatment.Compared with the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Mesalazine combined with golden bifid in the treatment of mild to moderate UC can achieve better clinical efficacy than mesalazine alone.So it is worthy of further clinical research and application.更多还原
