【摘要】 目的分析护理综合干预在院外精神分裂症患者敷药依从性及复发率中的影响。方法将168例院外精神分裂症患者随机分为观察组86例及对照组82例,观察组实施个性电话随访、社区集体性服药督导及健康教育等护理综合干预措施,对照组实施出院健康教育,比较2组患者服药依从性和复发率。结果出院后6个月、12个月观察组服药依从性均显著高于对照组,复发率则低于对照组;与出院6个月时相比,出院12个月时观察组患者的服药依从性与复发率均无统计学差异,而对照组患者的服药依从性则显著降低且复发率显著提高。结论对院外精神分裂症患者实行护理综合干预,不但可以提高患者的服药依从性,还可以有效降低疾病复发率,可在临床推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on compliance of medication and recurrence rate in discharged patients with schizophrenia.Methods 168 discharged patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into observation group(n=86) and control group(n=82).The observation group was conducted with comprehensive nursing intervention measures such as personalized telephone follow up,community supervision and guidance for congregate medication and health education,while the control group was conducted with health education.Compliance of medication and recurrence rate were compared between two groups.Results 6 months and 12 months after hospital discharge,compliance of medication in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,and the recurrence rate was lower than the control group;compared with condition of the same group at the time of 6 months after hospital discharge,compliance of medication and recurrence rate in the observation group at the time of 12 months after hospital discharge showed no significant differences,but compliance of medication in the control group was significant lower and recurrence rate was significant higher.Conclusion Implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention for discharged patients with schizophrenia can not only improve the compliance of medication,but also effectively reduce the recurrence rate,so it is worthy of clinical application and popularization.更多还原
