【摘要】 目的探讨肺癌引起的上腔静脉综合征(SVCS)放化疗的护理体会。方法对36例肺癌所致的上腔静脉压迫综合征患者在给予积极放化疗的同时采取有效的护理措施。结果 36例患者中,29例病情缓解,7例稳定。结论有效的治疗配合精心的护理可有效缓解患者上腔静脉压迫症状,提高患者生存质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore nursing experience of superior vena cava syndrome(SVCS) patients with chemoradiotherapy.Methods 36 SVCS patients were treated with the combination treatment of positive chemoradiotherapy and effective nursing measures.Results Among 36 patients,the conditions of diseases were relieved in 29 patients,and the diseases were stable in 7 patients.Conclusion Effective chemoradiotherapy combined with meticulous nursing can effectively alleviate symptoms of patients with SVCS and improve the quality of life of patients.更多还原
