【摘要】 目的探讨中医四诊在中西医结合护理泌尿外科手术患者中的作用及效果。方法将287例泌尿外科手术患者随机分成2组,实验组157例以望、闻、问、切作护理诊断并进行中西医结合护理;对照组130例进行常规护理。结果全部患者均成功实施手术并顺利度过围术期,实验组的并发症发生率和住院时间少于对照组,患者满意度则高于对照组,2组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论泌尿外科手术患者的护理中应用四诊法可全面观察病情,针对性强,有利于预防各种并发症,从而促进护理质量提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the role and effect of the four diagnostic methods of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) on the nursing of integrated TCM and western medicine for patients with urology surgery.Methods 287 patients with urology surgery were randomly divided into the experimental group(n=157) and the control group(n=130).The experimental group was conducted with the four diagnostic methods of TCM(inspection,auscultation and olfaction,inquiry and pulse-taking and palpitation) and the nursing of integrated TCM and western medicine,while the control group was conducted with the conventional nursing.Results All the patients had successful surgeries and passed the perioperative period.Incidence rate of complications and the hospitalization time in the experimental group were lower and shorter than the control group,while satisfactory level of the patients was higher than the control group,and there were significant differences between two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion Application of the four diagnostic methods of TCM in the nursing for the patients with urology surgery can help the nurses to observe the condition of disease comprehensively,prevent the occurrence of complications and improve the quality of nursing.更多还原
