【摘要】 目的总结预防心内直视手术后无创机械通气患者误吸的护理经验。方法回顾性分析138例心内直视手术后出现低氧血症行无创机械通气患者的临床资料。结果 138例患者中3例发生了误吸,其中2例为胃内容物反流,1例为进食过程中食物呛咳至呼吸道内。结论专业的术后护理可以降低此类患者发生误吸的概率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize nursing experience of prevention of aspiration in the patients with non-invasive mechanical ventilation after open heart surgery.Methods Clinical materials of 138 hypoxemia patients with treatment of non-invasive mechanical ventilation after open heart surgery were analyzed retrospectively.Results Among 138 patients,3 patients had aspiration,including 2 cases of refluxing of gastric contents and one case of food choking into the trachea during eating.Conclusion Professional postoperative nursing can reduce the incidence rate of aspiration in the patients with treatment of non-invasive mechanical ventilation after open heart surgery.更多还原
