【摘要】 目的探讨YAG激光治疗幼儿后发性白内障的护理措施。方法对20例YAG激光后囊切开治疗后发性白内障的幼儿及其家长在治疗前、中、后进行完善的护理和健康教育。结果 13例患儿手术顺利进行,5例进行2～3次治疗后成功,2例无法配合进行2次手术。结论良好的护理措施是YAG激光治疗婴幼儿后发性白内障成功的有力保障。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the nursing measures for children with after-cataract treated by YAG laser therapy.Methods 20 after-cataract children with YAG laser capsulotomy and their parents were conducted with comprehensive nursing and health education before,during and after treatment.Results 13 children completed operations successfully.5 children completed operations with 2 to 3 times of laser therapy.2 children were unable to cope with operation,and they were treated with the second operation.
