【Abstract】 The dispute on mackerel fishing quotas in Northeast Atlantic region has been going on for many years, besides the economic benefits, climate change is one of the main causes. This article described the background of the dispute and the latest development of the issue, analyzedthe causes that led to and intensified the dispute. With global warming and marine ecological environment changes, similar disputes may occur in other parts of the world, which should be noticed by fisheries management sectors and fisheries research institutions.更多还原
