【摘要】 目的探讨骨肉瘤(osteosarcoma)肺转移的多排螺旋CT表现及诊断价值。方法分析45例经穿刺活检及手术证实的骨肉瘤肺转移患者的影像资料,并与临床及病理表现对照。所有患者均行多层螺旋CT平扫及增强扫描。结果45例骨肉瘤肺转移多发结节转移36例,单发转移9例。合并胸椎转移5例,多处骨转移3例,合并骨肉瘤乳腺转移1例。多数转移结节有明显钙化,增强扫描呈明显强化。41例患者行化疗后1个月、4个月、8个月复查,25例患者肺转移结节明显减小、减少,11例化疗前后无明显变化,5例患者化疗后结节增多、增大。结论多排螺旋CT可以观察骨肉瘤肺转移的部位、大小、形态及内部结构,并对化肺转移灶术后效果评判具有重要价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the manifestation and its value of multi-slices CT in the diagnosis of osteosarcoma with lung metastases.Methods CT imaging data of 45 patients with lung metastases confirmed by percutaneous biopsy and surgery were retrospectively analyzed and compared with the clinic presentations and pathological findings.In this work,all patients underwent plain and enhanced scan.Results Of these 45 patients,36 were multiple metastases nodules,9 were solitary pulmonary nodule,5 were thoracic metastatic tumor.and 3 were bone Metastasis.Many nodules were found calcifications and remarkable enhancement after administration,41 patients in the group were treated with chemotherapy and followed up after 1 month,4 months and 8 months.25 were significantly reduced,11 were no significant changed,5 were increased significantly.Conclusion Osteosarcoma with lung metastases has a certain performance on multi-slices CT.The examination can provide an important value for the location and qualitative diagnosis as well as chemotherapy and metastasis after operation of this disorder.更多还原
