【摘要】 目的探讨肾上腺节细胞神经瘤的CT表现及鉴别诊断。方法回顾分析5例经手术病理证实的肾上腺节细胞神经瘤的CT扫描资料,重点分析其CT影像及强化特点。结果 5例肾上腺节细胞神经瘤3例位于右侧,2例位于左侧。病灶呈椭圆形,边界清楚。5例病灶密度较低且均匀,2例病灶含沙粒样钙化。增强扫描后4例病灶呈进行性均匀强化。结论肾上腺节细胞神经瘤其CT表现具有较典型的影像学特征和特定的定位征象。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate spiral CT findings and differential diagnosis of adrenal ganglioneuroma.Methods We retrospectively analyzed spiral CT scan data of patients with pathologically proven adrenal ganglioneuroma,especially the CT images and enhanced features.Results Three cases were on the right side of the 5 cases of adrenal ganglioneuroma,two cases on the left.Lesions were round or oval,clear boundary.Uniform density was found in the five cases of lesions and two cases of lesions presented with patchy calcification.Conclusion Adrenal ganglioneuroma has certain characteristics of CT image,CT can make the correct positioning and accurate qualitative diagnosis.Imaging of this disease is the main preoperative diagnosis.更多还原
