【摘要】 目的探讨先天性心脏病患儿在双源CT(DSCT)检查中的护理特点。方法收集行DSCT心脏大血管成像检查的30例先心病患儿资料,记录其检查前,检查中,检查后的护理过程,由2名有经验的影像科医师对图像进行主观评分(3分:好;2分:中;1分:差)。结果 30例患儿均成功完成DSCT心脏大血管成像检查,均无不良反应发生;获得的图像质量好(主观图像质量评分为2.39±0.33),无不能诊断图像。30例患者共发现畸形85处,与手术结果或DSA对比,诊断准确率约98.8%(85/86)。结论耐心、仔细、科学有效的做好护理工作,是协助医师顺利完成小儿先心病DSCT心脏大血管成像的重要保障。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the nursing care of dual-source CT(DSCT) angiography in pediatric patients with congenital heart diseases(CHD).Methods The DSCT angiography images of 30 pediatric patients were evamated.The nursing care of pre-,post-and the process of examination were recorded.Subjective image quality was evaluated by 2 independent radiologists on the basis of 3-score level.Results All of the 30 pediatric patients performed the DSCT angiography successfully.The average image quality score was 2.39±0.33,no un-diagnosed image;85 deformities were detected by DSCT angiography,compared with the X-ray angiographic or surgerial findings,the accuracy of DSCT angiography was 98.8%(85/86).Conclusion Taking care of the pediatric patients carefully is important in DSCT angiography for pediatric patients.更多还原
