【摘要】 目的探讨综合医院精神科联络会诊的临床特点。方法收集精神科会诊280例患者的资料,分析申请会诊涉及的会诊科室、症状特点、性别及年龄段症状的特点。结果综合医院申请精神科会诊的科室中以内科系统最多,占50.7%,其次是外科24.3%,急诊科23.2%;申请会诊的原因中出现情感症状及行为紊乱的比例较高,分别是27.1%及27.9%;在症状特点方面,中年组患者情感及躯体症状出现的比例(分别为32.7%和28.8%)均较其他年龄组高,幻觉、妄想则在青年及少年组患者中所占比例较高(分别为13.7%及15.2%);女性的躯体症状比例较高(26.7%)。结论综合医院申请精神科联络会诊的患者的精神症状特点与性别、年龄段有一定相关性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of consultation-liaison psychiatry(CLP) in general hospitals.Methods A total of 280 consecutive inpatients referred to the CLP service at the Third Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University during a one-year period were enrolled.The clinical characteristics were analyzed including sociodemographic profile,reasons for referral and psychiatric symptoms.Results Internal medicine department took the most part of application of psychological consultation in general hospitals,accounting for 50.7%,followed by surgery(24.3%) and emergency(23.2%).The most common reasons for referral to CLP service were affective symptoms(27.1%) and behavior disorders(27.9%).Emotional and somatic symptoms seemed to be more frequent(32.7% and 28.8%,respectively) in middle aged patients than any other age group.Hallucinations and delusions were diagnosed in 13.7% of youth group,while in 15.2% of juvenile group.Somatic symptoms in female accounted for higher proportion(26.7%).Conclusion In this study,we showed the clinical characteristics of CLP services in general hospitals.更多还原
