【摘要】 目的:观察滋肾平肝利咽汤治疗肾阴虚或肝肾阴虚型肾炎性血尿的临床疗效。方法:用滋肾平肝利咽汤治疗肾阴虚或肝肾阴虚型肾炎性血尿50例,观察治疗前后血尿改善情况,以及整体疗效。结果:50例患者治疗前后红细胞半定量结果有显著性差异(P<0.01),治疗结果为:显效21例,有效22例,无效7例,总有效率达到86%。结论:滋肾平肝利咽汤治疗肾阴虚或肝肾阴虚型肾炎性血尿有显著性疗效更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the curative effect of nourishing Kidney,calming Liver and clearing throat decoction on 50 cases of nephritic hematuria which their syndromes of Traditional Chinese Medicine( TCM) belong to deficiency of Kidney Yin or deficiency of Yin of both Liver and Kidney. Method Using nourishing Kidney,calming Liver and clearing throat decoction to treat 50 cases of nephritic hematuria which their syndromes of TCM belong to deficiency of Kidney Yin or deficiency of Yin of both Liver and Kidney,to observe the improvement of hematuria condition as well as the overall curative effect. Result there is a significant difference on the semi- quantitative results of urinary erythrocyte before and after treatment,the result of treatment is: 21 cases were significantly effective,22 cases were effectual and 7 cases were unfruitful with a overall effective rate of 86%. Conclusions The nourishing Kidney,calming Liver and clearing throat decoction has a significant curative effect on nephritic hematuria which their syndrome of Traditional Chinese Medicine( TCM) belong to deficiency of Kidney Yin or deficiency of Yin of both Liver and Kidney.更多还原
