【摘要】 目的:比较水飞雄黄与粗颗粒雄黄在镇痛、抗炎、镇静、中枢抑制方面的药效学差异。方法:采用冰醋酸致小鼠扭体反应、二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀、酸枣仁水煎液对小鼠自主活动的影响、乌拉坦对小鼠入睡个数的影响观察水飞雄黄与粗颗粒雄黄的镇痛、抗炎、镇静、中枢抑制作用。结果:水飞雄黄与粗颗粒雄黄与空白组相比,在镇痛、抗炎等药理作用方面均有极显著性差异(P<0.01),在镇静、中枢抑制药理作用方面没有显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:水飞雄黄与粗颗粒雄黄在抗炎、镇静、中枢抑制等药效方面无显著性差异。更多还原
