【摘要】 目的探讨以社区为基础康复管理对精神病的防治康复效果。方法选择已确诊的精神病患者210例,按照同等病情随机分为强化组(114例)和常规组(96例),进行分组管理,强化组采用合理规则药物治疗指导,心理咨询与心理治疗,家庭护理,个案管理技术等治疗方法;常规组采用一般药物治疗和常规随访。追踪两组连续治疗2年病情控制情况。结果强化组在康复管理后规则服药率、社会功能改善、生存质量显著高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论社区康复能有效控制精神病病情,恢复精神病患者的社会功能并防止其复发,从而使其生活质量有所提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the rehabilitation efficacy of community-based management to the prevention of mental illness. Methods A total of 210 mental patients were selected and divided into strengthening group(n=114) and conventional group(n=96) for community-based rehabilitation management according to the same disease. The strengthening group was with reasonable drug therapy for guidance,and the therapeutic methods,such as psychological counseling,psychotherapy,home nursing and individual management technology,were applied in strengthening group;while the control group was with general drug therapy and conventional follow-up. Disease control condition of treatment for 2 consecutive years in the two groups were tracked.Results The regular medicine rate,improvement of social function and quality of life in strengthing group were higher than those in control group after rehabilitation management with statistically significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion Community-based rehabilitation can control the disease of the mental patients effectively,recover social function and prevent recurrence,and consequently improve the quality of life.更多还原
