【摘要】 目的探讨麻醉恢复室(PACU)护理风险管理方法。方法对2012年1—12月PACU收治的9 266例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,探讨PACU存在的潜在护理风险,总结相应风险管理对策。结果所有患者都顺利恢复,安全地送回病房或监护室,无护理并发症发生,患者及家属对PACU的护理质量及服务态度均较满意。结论在PACU实施护理风险管理能够有效预防和减少风险事件的发生,提高了护理质量和患者对PACU服务的满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the nursing risk management method in postanesthesia care unit(PACU).Methods Retrospective analysis was conducted on medical records of 9 266 patients in PACU from January to December 2012,to discuss the existed and potential nursing risks and summarize the corresponding countermeasure to risk management.Results All cases recovered successfully and were safely sent back to ward or ICU without nursing complication occurred.Furthermore,the patients and their families seemed satisfied with both nursing quality and services attitude in PACU.Conclusion Application of nursing risk management in PACU can effectively prevent and reduce risk events,as well as improve nursing quality and patients′ satisfaction.更多还原
