【摘要】 目的探讨高强度聚焦超声(HIFU)治疗术前对患者进行心理护理干预的应用效果。方法选择2011年9月至2012年5月进行HIFU手术治疗的患者60例,随机分为干预组和对照组各30例,对照组在手术前进行常规护理,干预组在常规护理的基础上给予心理护理干预,对两组患者术前焦虑,手术相关知识知晓率,术中麻醉情况,术后疼痛及并发症等进行比较分析。结果两组患者术前焦虑、术中麻醉情况、手术相关知识知晓率及术后并发症等比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),经过心理护理干预后干预组在术中配合,术后焦虑、疼痛方面明显优于对照组,两组患者在手术治疗过程中均未出现其他严重并发症。结论患者在手术前多伴有心理疑问和障碍,在术前给予心理护理干预能帮助其建立治疗信心,更好的配合手术治疗,缓解术后疼痛,可见术前心理护理干预在临床护理中是非常重要的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application effect of psychological nursing intervention before high intensity focused ultrasound(HIFU).Methods Sixty patients who received HIFU treatment from September 2011 to May 2012 were selected and divided randomly into intervention group and control group,30 cases in each group.Patients in control group received routine nursing,and patients in intervention group received psychological nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.Two groups of patients were compared and analyzed on preoperative anxiety,awareness rate of relevant knowledge about operation,intraoperative anesthesia situation,postoperative pain and postoperative complications.Results The comparison of awareness rate related to preoperative anxiety and intraoperative anesthesia and postoperative complications between the two groups had no sta tistical significance(P>0.05).After psychological nursing intervention,the intervention group was superior to the control group on intraoperative cooperation,the postoperative anxiety and pain.There were no other serious complications in both groups during the operation.Conclusion Patients usually have psychological questions and obstacles before operation,the psychological nursing intervention before the operation can help the patients to build up confidence to cooperate the treatment better,and to relieve the postoperative pain.It is important to apply preoperative psychological nursing intervention in clinical care.更多还原
