【摘要】 目的探讨儿童颈椎间盘钙化的治疗方法。方法 18例儿童椎间盘钙化症患儿中1例钙化团块脱入椎管中央,采用X射线摄片或CT确诊后,行抗感染、理疗、牵引或颈托保护治疗,随诊12~48个月。结果 18例患儿2~6周后颈部疼痛均消失,活动自如,其中16例2~8个月后摄X射线片见钙化灶消失,2例未做影像学复查。结论儿童颈椎间盘钙化是一种自限性疾病,通过保守治疗可以治愈。对于伴钙化灶脱出于椎管内,即使有神经压迫症状者,保守治疗也可取得满意效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the therapeutic methods of calcified cervical intervertebral discs in children.Methods 18 children with calcified cervical intervertebral disc were selected with the average age of 7.3,including 10 boys and 8 girls and the clinical symptoms were pain and stiff in neck and limitation of cervical spine motion.One patient had calcification protrud ed into the center of spinal canal without symptoms of spinal cord compression.After diagnosis by X-ray or CT,the patients were received anti-inflammatory,physiotherapy,traction and neck protection treatment,and followed 12-48 months.Results Neck pains in all patients disappeared in 2 to 6 weeks after treatment and moved freely,wherein calcification in 16 cases disappeared after 2 to 8 months by digital radiography and the other 2 cases did not reexamined by iconography.Conclusion Cervical intervertebral disc calcification in children is a self-limiting disease,and can be cured by conservative therapy.Even to the patients with neural compression,the satisfactory results can be obtained after conservative therapy.更多还原
