【摘要】 目的分析医学期刊中常见统计学错误。方法选取2012年自然来稿中决定刊用的涉及统计学处理的论文,分析其统计学方法描述、科研设计、样本质量控制、统计描述、统计学分析及结论与结果分析,探讨常见错误类型。结果共纳入论文186篇,无明显统计学错误者仅58篇(31.2%),统计学错误类型以样本质量控制不符合要求(42.2%,54/128)、统计描述有误(28.1%,36/128)及统计学分析不准确(57.8%,74/128)为主。结论医学期刊统计学仍然存在较多问题,加强编辑人员的统计学水平和进行统计学审稿非常有必要。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyse the common statistical mistakes in the medical journals.Methods The accepted papers involving the statistical processing from Chinese Journal of Hepatology in 2012 were selected and analyzed on the statistical methods description,research design,sample quality control,statistical description,statistics methods,analysis of conclusion and results for discussing the different types of statistical mistakes.Results 186 papers were included,only 58 papers(31.2%) had no obvious statistical mistakes.The statistical mistakes types were dominated by the unsatisfactory sample quality control(42.2%,54/128),statistical description errors(28.1%,36/128) and inaccurate statistical analysis(57.8%,74/128).Conclusion Many statistical problems still exist in the medical journals,conducting statistical manuscripts examination is very necessary.更多还原
