紫花牡荆素对人宫颈癌HeLa细胞裸鼠移植瘤生长的影响

【摘要】 目的研究紫花牡荆素(CAS)对人宫颈癌HeLa细胞裸鼠移植瘤生长的影响。方法建立人宫颈癌HeLa细胞裸鼠皮下移植瘤模型,随机分为五组,每组5只,即生理盐水组、顺铂组、低剂量CAS组、中剂量CAS组和高剂量CAS组。观察各组裸鼠移植瘤生长情况,裸鼠体质量变化,骨髓抑制情况,肝、肾功能损伤情况等。结果 CAS对移植瘤生长有明显抑制作用,呈剂量和时间依赖性;而对裸鼠体质量,骨髓抑制,肝、肾功能均无明显影响。结论 CAS具有抑制人宫颈癌裸鼠移植瘤生长的作用,而无骨髓抑制,肝、肾功能损害。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of casticin(CAS) on the growth of human cervical carcinoma HeLa cells xenografts in nude mice.Methods The models of human cervical cancer HeLa cells xenografts transplanted subcutaneously in nude mice were established and randomly divided into five groups:saline group,cisplatin group,low dose CAS group,middle dose CAS group and high dose CAS group.The xenografts growth condition in the various groups,the tumor volume,tumor weight and the weight of nude mice were measured.Bone marrow suppression of nude mice,liver and kidney dysfunction of nude mice were determined.Results CAS could significantly suppress the growth of human cervical carcinoma HeLa cells xenografts in nude mice models with dose-dependence and time-dependence.There were significant difference in tumor volume and tumor weight between the nude mice treated with CAS of different dose and those treated with normal saline.There were no obvious difference in the weight of nude mice,bone marrow suppression,liver and kidney dysfunction between the nude mice treated with CAS of different dose and normal saline.Conclusion CAS suppresses the growth of human cervical carcinoma HeLa cells xenografts in nude mice without bone marrow suppression,liver and kidney dysfunction.
