2型糖尿病肾病患者血清hs-CRP和CRP检测结果分析
Comparative analysis of serum hs-CRP and CRP detection results in patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy
【摘要】 目的探讨2型糖尿病肾病(T2DN)患者血清超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)和C-反应蛋白(CRP)检测结果的变化及相关性,分析血清hs-CRP和CRP水平在早期诊断T2DN中的作用及意义。方法分别检测102例T2DN患者[分为单纯糖尿病(SDM)组、早期糖尿病肾病(EDN)组、临床糖尿病肾病(CDN)组]和62例健康对照者(对照组)血清hs-CRP和CRP水平,并对检测结果进行统计学分析。结果与对照组比较,SDM、EDN、CDN组患者血清hs-CRP和CRP水平均显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);与SDM组比较,EDN、CDN组患者血清hs-CRP和CRP水平均显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);血清hs-CRP和CRP水平与24 h尿清蛋白排泄率(UAER)均呈直线正相关(r=0.682、0.641,P<0.05);EDN组患者血清hs-CRP和CRP阳性率较SDM组显著增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 2型糖尿病患者血清hs-CRP和CRP检测能反映早期肾损害,可辅助诊断早期T2DN,对其防治和预后也有积极意义。
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the change of detection results of serum hypersensitive-CRP(hs-CRP) and C-reactive protein(CRP) and their correlation,and to analyze the role and significance of serum hs-CRP and CRP levels in the early diagnosis of T2DN.Methods The levels of hs-CRP and CRP were detected in 102 cases of T2DN,including the simple diabetic mellitus(SDM),early diabetic nephropathy(EDN) and clinical diabetic nephropathy(CDN) groups,and 62 healthy controls as the control group.The detection results were analyzed statistically.Results Compared with control group,the levels of hs-CRP and CRP in the SDM,EDN and CDN groups were significantly increased(P<0.01);compared with the SDM group,the levels of hsCRP and CRP in the EDN and CDN groups were significantly increased,the difference showing statistical significance(P<0.05).There was the linear positive correlation be tween the serum hs-CRP and CRP levels with the urinary albumin excretion rate(UAER) levels(r=0.682,0.641,P<0.05);compared with the SDM group,the positive rates of serum hs-CRP and CRP in the EDN group were significantly increased with statistical difference(P<0.01).Conclusion The detection of serum hs-CRP and CRP can reflect the early renal injury,assists in diagnosing early T2DN in clinic and has the positive significance in the prevention,treatment and prognosis of T2DN.
