【摘要】 目的探讨肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α、白介素(IL)-8在炎症性肠病(IBD)患者血浆中的表达,分析血浆TNF-α、IL-8表达与内镜下疾病活动的相关性。方法选择IBD患者63例,分为A组[克罗恩病(CD)患者]40例和B组[溃疡性结肠炎(UC)患者]23例,另纳入30例健康者为C组。应用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测三组研究对象血浆TNF-α、IL-8表达,同时行肠镜检查。结果 A、B组患者血浆TNF-α、IL-8表达增高,与C组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),与内镜下疾病活动有相关性(P<0.05)。结论 IBD患者血浆TNF-α、IL-8表达增高与内镜反映疾病的活动有一定相关性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and interleukin-8(IL-8) in the patients with inflammatory bowel disease(IBD),and to analyze their correlation with endoscopic disease activity.Methods 63 cases of IBD were selected and divided into the group A[Crohn′s disease(CD),40 cases] and B[ulcerative colitis(UC),23 cases],other 30 healthy individuals were included as the group C.The enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) was adopted to detect the expression of plasma TNF-α and IL-8 in 3 groups,meanwhile the enteroscopic examination was performed.Results Compared with the group C,the expression of plasma TNF-α and IL-8 in the group A and B were significantly increased,the difference showing statistical significance(P<0.05),and which revealed the correlation with the endoscopic disease activity index(P<0.05).Conclusion The increased expression of plasma TNF-α and IL-8 in IBD has some relation with the disease activity reflected by endoscopy.更多还原
