【摘要】 目的探讨乳腺上皮中乳腺癌易感基因1、2(BRCA1、2)的表达与乳腺浸润性导管癌临床病理特征的相关性。方法应用免疫组化链霉素抗生物素蛋白-过氧化物酶连结法(SP法)检测BRCA1、2在33例乳腺浸润性导管癌和31例乳腺良性病变组织中的表达情况,并联合检测雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)、人类表皮生长因子受体-2(CerbB-2)的表达情况,分析其与乳腺浸润性导管癌患者年龄、肿块大小、分化程度、是否绝经、淋巴结转移等特征的关系。结果 BRCA1的阳性表达与乳腺浸润性导管癌患者年龄、肿瘤分化程度、是否绝经均显著相关(P<0.05),与淋巴结转移和肿瘤大小无关(P>0.05);BRCA2的阳性表达与乳腺浸润性导管癌患者年龄、淋巴结转移、肿块大小、是否绝经均显著相关(P<0.05),与分化程度无关(P>0.05)。BRCA1、2的表达与CerbB-2的表达均呈负相关(r=-0.355、-0.517,P<0.05)。BRCA1的表达与ER的表达呈负相关(r=-0.394,P<0.05),与PR的表达无关(r=0.243,P>0.05)。BRCA2的表达与ER、PR的表达无关(r=0.201、0.245,P>0.05)。结论 BRCA1、2的表达与乳腺浸润性导管癌的发生、发展密切相关,在乳腺癌治疗及预后中有着重要的参考意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the correlation between the clinical features in breast invasive ductal carcinoma and the expression of breast cancer susceptibility gene(BRCA)1 and BRCA2.Methods The immunohistochemical Streptomycin avidin peroxidase-link(SP) method was used to detect the level of BRCA1 and BRCA2 in 33 samples of breast invasive ductal carcinoma tissue and 31 samples of breast benign disease tissue.Associating with the expressions of estrogen receptor(ER),progestogen receptor(PR) and epidermal growth factor receptor2(CerbB-2),the analysis was performed on the relationship between the expressions of ER,PR,CerbB-2,BRCA1 and BRCA2 with the characters such as the age,tumor size,differentiation grade and lymph node metastasis.Results The positive expression in BRCA1 exhibited the apparent correlation with the patient′s age,differentiation grade and whether menopause(P<0.05),while no apparent correlation with the tumor size and lymph node metastasis(P>0.05);the positive expressions of BRCA2 exhibited the apparent correlation with the patient′s age,lymph node metastasis,tumor size and whether menopause(P<0.05),while no apparent correlation with the differentiation degree(P>0.05).The expressions of BRCA1 and BRCA2 were negatively correlated to the expression of CerbB-2(r=-0.355,-0.517,P<0.05).The expression of BRCA1 was negatively correlated with the ER expression(r=-0.394,P<0.05) and had no significant correlation with PR expression.The expression of BRCA2 had no correlation with the expression of ER and PR(P>0.05).Conclusion The expressions of BRCA1 and BRCA2 are closely related with the occurrence and development of breast invasive ductal carcinoma,which has the important reference significance to the treatment and the prognosis of breast carcinoma.更多还原
