【摘要】 目的探讨胆道镜治疗胆管结石术后残余结石的临床效果。方法对胆管结石术后残余结石患者200例采用胆道镜治疗,评估临床治疗效果。结果经纤维胆道镜一次结石取净率为86.0%。术中胆管出血4例,发热2例,均无窦道断裂、内瘘等严重并发症发生。结论胆道镜治疗胆管结石术后残余结石的临床效果明确,安全性高,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of choledochoscopy in treating residual calculi after biliary calculi operation.Methods 200 cases of postoperate residual calculi were treated by choledochoscopy,and the clinical effects were evaluated.Results The once clearance rate of postoperative residual calculi was 86.0%.There were 4 cases of intraoperative bile duct hemorrhage,2 cases of fever and no case of severe complication such as sinus tract fracture and internal fistula.Conclusion Choledochoscopy has obvious effect and high safety in treating postoperative residual calculi,so which is worth being popularized.更多还原
