【摘要】 目的探讨选择静脉用药调配适宜性溶媒,规范静脉用药调配技术,提高静脉用药质量。方法复习药品说明书,参考药学专业资料,分析总结出静脉用药调配适宜的注射用溶媒及用量、稀释用静脉输注液及用量、成品输液浓度与用药时限等影响成品输液质量的因素。结果静脉用药集中调配应严格按照药品说明书和药物理化性质,在规定用药时限内,成品输液质量稳定。结论选择静脉用药调配适宜性溶媒,是规范静脉用药调配技术最关键的因素,为提高成品输液质量提供了保证。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To select the appropriate solvent in the deployment of intravenous drug,to standardize the deployment technique of intravenous drug and to improve the quality of intravenous drug.Methods To summarize the dissolution solvent or dilution solvent,finished infusion concentration or the amount of solvent,medication time of intravenous drug affecting the quality of finished infusion based on the drug instructions and the pharmacy information.Results The operation of intravenous drug should be performed strictly according to the drug instructions and the drug physicochemical properties to ensure the quality of the finished product within the time limit.Conclusion The selection of appropriate solvent is the most critical factor in regulating the deployment technique of intravenous drug and providing a guarantee for improving the quality of finished infusion.更多还原
