【摘要】 目的分析经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)发生异常情况的原因及处理措施。方法对62例行PICC患者的相关资料进行调查统计。结果 62例行PICC的患者中发生送管困难4例,导管异位7例;置管期间发生静脉炎4例,堵管3例。结论应用PICC存在风险和并发症,应严格遵循操作程序,正确评估患者,并做好患者置管期间的宣教及加强护士专科知识的培训。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the reasons of abnormal condition in peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC)and treatment measures.Methods The related data in 62 cases of PICC were investigated and statistically analyzed.Results Among 62 pcases of PICC,inserting catheter was difficult in 4 cases,catheter dislocation in 7 cases.During PICC period,phlebitis ocurred in 4 cases and catheter plugging in 3 cases.Conclusion Risks and complications exist in the application of PICC.It is necessary to strictly follow the operation procedure,correctly evaluate the patients,make the propaganda and education well during PICC period and strengthen the training of specialized knowledge on nurses.更多还原
