【摘要】 目的探讨子宫输卵管造影术(HSG)患者的疼痛原因及其护理。方法收集182例子宫输卵管造影显示两侧输卵管通畅却发生疼痛患者,发现疼痛与心理紧张、推注压力、造影剂温度、造影剂类型选择、造影管球囊充盈大小、宫腔粘连、宫颈管狭窄、炎症等有关。术前着重消除患者的不良心理因素及减少不良环境的影响,检查中根据患者疼痛的原因和程度及时采取相应的护理措施和处理并发症。结果 182例患者疼痛均减轻和缓解,顺利完成造影检查。结论根据疼痛原因采取相应的护理措施,能明显减轻和缓解HSG患者的疼痛,提高造影成功率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the causes of hysterosalpingography(HSG)pain and nursing.Methods 182 cases of HSG showing bilateral tubal patency and feeling pain were collected.It was discovered that pain was related to psychological stress,bolus injection pressure,temperature and type of contrast agent,size of angiography tube balloon filling,intrauterine adhesions,cervical canal stenosis,inflammation and so on.To emphatically eliminate the adverse psychological factors and reduce the poor environmental impact before operation.During the checking process,the relevant nursing measures were adopted and complications were treated according to the causes and degree of pain.Results Pain was relieved and alleviated in 182 patients.The contrast examinations were successfully accomplished.Conclusion According to the causes of pain,adopting relevant nursing measures can obviously alleviate and relieve pain of the patients with HSG and increase the success rates of contrast radiography.更多还原
