【摘要】 目的探讨小剂量米非司酮联合甲基睾丸素(甲睾酮)治疗子宫肌瘤的临床效果。方法将60例子宫肌瘤患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予米非司酮治疗,观察组给予小剂量米非司酮联合甲基睾丸素治疗,评估二者治疗效果。结果观察组治疗后子宫、瘤体体积,雌二醇(E2)、孕激素(P)、血清促卵泡素(FSH)水平等明显缩小或下降,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访中对照组停药后子宫肌瘤复发1例,观察组绝经11例,恢复正常月经19例,无复发现象。两组治疗中均无明显不良反应产生。结论小剂量米非司酮联合甲基睾丸素治疗子宫肌瘤疗效明确,安全性高,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of small dose mifepristone combined with methyl testosterone in treating hysteromyoma.Methods 60 patients with hysteromyoma were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was treated with mifepristone and the observation group was treated with small dose mifepristone combined with methyl testosterone.The therapeutic effects in these two groups were evaluated.Results The volume of uterus and hysteromyoma,level of estradiol(E2) and progestin(P) and follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH) in the observation group were obvious superior to those in the control group(P<0.05).During follow-up,1 case of hysteromyoma recurred in the control group,while the observation group had 11 cases of menostasia and 19 cases of normal menorrhea without hysteromyoma recurrence.There was no significant adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusion Small dose mifepristone combined with methyl testosterone is effective and safe with high safety in treating hysteromyoma,so it deserves to be promoted widely.更多还原
