【摘要】 目的检测乳腺癌组织中缺氧诱导因子1(HIF-1α)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)表达水平,探讨其临床意义。方法采用免疫组化法检测乳腺良性病变、乳腺癌组织和癌旁组织中HIF-1α和VEGF表达水平。结果 HIF-1α蛋白在乳腺良性病变和癌旁组织中表达水平极低;在乳腺癌组织中HIF-1α表达阳性率为66.25%(53/80),VEGF表达阳性率为71.25%(57/80)。结论乳腺癌组织中HIF-1α、VEGF表达上调,可作为临床判断预后的重要指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To detect the expression levels of hypoxia inducible factor 1(HIF-1α) and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) in breast cancer tissue and to explore their clinical significance.Methods Immunohistochemitry was adopted to detect the expression levels of HIF-1α and VEGF in the benign breast lesions,breast cancer tissue and pericancerous tissues.Results The HIF-1α protein expression level was extremely low in benign breast lesions and pericancerous tissues;the positive rate of HIF-1 α was 66.25%(53/80) in breast tissue,while which of the VEGF was 71.25%(57/80).Conclusion The HIF-1α and VEGF expression is up-regulated in breast cancer tissue,which can be used as the important indicators for clinical prognosis judgment.更多还原
