【摘要】 目的探讨外侧联合髂腹股沟切口治疗髋臼前后柱骨折的临床疗效。方法对21例髋臼前后柱骨折患者采用侧微仰卧位双切口下复位,骨盆重建钢板螺钉固定治疗。结果 21例患者中获得解剖复位16例,良好复位3例,恢复关节轮廓2例。随访6~38个月,髋关节功能优15例,良4例,差2例。结论髋臼前后柱双骨折采用侧微仰卧位、外侧联合髂腹股沟切口下复位内固定手术操作方便,临床疗效满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of lateral joint iliac groin incision in the treatment of acetabular anterior and posterior columns fracture.Methods 21 cases of acetabular anterior and posterior columns fracture were treated by reduction with dual incisions under lateral micro-supine position and pelvic reconstruction plate and screw fixation.Results Among 21 cases,16 cases obtained the anatomical reduction,3 cases had good reduction and 2 cases restored joint contour.Follow-up lasted for 6-38 months.The hip joint function was excellent in 15 cases,good in 4 cases and poor in 2 case.Conclusion Adopting reduction and internal fixation by joint iliac groin incisions under lateral micro-supine position for treating acetabular anterior and posterior columns fracture is easily operated with satisfactory clinical effects.更多还原
