低流量单肺通气对体温影响的观察
Observation of influence of low flow one-lung ventilation on body temperature
【摘要】 目的观察低流量单肺通气对患者体温的影响。方法选取40例开胸手术患者,随机分为A、B两组,每组20例。A组为低流量单肺通气组,B组为常流量单肺通气组。单肺通气时A组的氧流量为1 L/min,B组氧流量为3 L/min,在单肺通气前(T1)及单肺通气15(T2)、30(T3)、45(T4)、60(T5)min时记录鼻咽温度。结果 A组患者单肺通气45、60 min时体温均较单肺通气前下降(P<0.01)。B组患者单肺通气30、45、60 min时体温均较单肺通气前下降(P<0.01)。B组患者在单肺通气30、45、60 min时体温比A组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论低流量单肺通气与常流量单肺通气比较体温下降幅度较小。
【Abstract】 Objective To observe the influence of low flow one-lung ventilation(OLV) on body temperature.Methods Forty ASA Ⅰ-Ⅱ patients undergoing prolonged OLV during elective thoracic surgery were randomly divided into two groups:group A(n=20) and group B(n=20).In the group A,oxygen supply was administered with 1 L/min during OLV.In the group B,oxygen supply was administered with 3 L/min during OLV.Nasopharynx temperatures were measured before OLV and at 15,30,45,60 min after OLV.Results Nasopharynx temperature was significantly reduced after 45,60 min of OLV in the group A and after 30,45,60 min of OLV in the group B(P<0.01).Comparing with the group A,there were significantly reduced nasopharynx temperatures after 30,45,60 min of OLV in the group B(P<0.01).Conclusion Comparing with normal flow one-lung ventilation,there is less influence on nasopharynx temperature during low flow one-lung ventilation.
